About the role#
The Student Success Intern role is a full-time, paid summer 2026 opportunity based on-site at Plymouth State University in Plymouth, New Hampshire. This position supports the Chartwells Higher Ed team in fostering student development and engagement.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the implementation of student engagement strategies.
- Support academic advising and coaching for students.
- Facilitate workshops and events to promote student success.
- Collect and analyze data related to student outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Sociology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with student success programs or higher education policies.
