About the role#
The Vice President of Recruitment for the Business Competition Team helps the team reach its roster goals by managing internal and external recruiting strategies. You will work closely with the Director, the Team President, and the VP of Marketing to attract new members from middle schools, high schools, and community colleges within a 120-mile radius of the college.
What you'll do#
- Lead student recruiting assistants in contacting potential recruits.
- Coordinate with DECA and FBLA chapter advisors to connect with students.
- Use social media to engage directly with prospective team members.
- Plan campus visits for recruits and organize student hosts for these events.
- Manage and track recruitment goals to ensure the team meets its roster targets.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Columbia College student, with junior or senior standing preferred.
- One year of experience with CSMAC.
- Practical experience with graphic design and social media.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently.

- Position is located in Columbia, Missouri.
- This is an on-site, paid position.
- The role is full-time and follows a rolling application schedule.
