About the role#
The Admissions Graduate Assistant supports the daily operations of the Columbia College Admissions Office. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Events Operations Manager to assist with administrative tasks and student recruitment efforts.
What you'll do#
- Staff the front desk by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.
- Assist with event planning, including set-up and tear-down operations.
- Lead campus tours for prospective students and visitors.
- Conduct outreach to potential students via phone, text, and email.
- Collaborate with office leadership on daily administrative projects.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- Current acceptance into the Graduate Program at Columbia College.
- Prior experience as an athlete.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Columbia, MO.
- Work is on-site.
- This is a part-time, paid role.
- Hours may occasionally include evenings and weekends.
