About the role#
The Human Resources Intern provides support across talent acquisition, operations, employee engagement, and training. This role offers exposure to core HR processes and allows you to contribute to projects that improve employee experience and operational work.
What you'll do#
- Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communication.
- Support interview scheduling and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain employee records while following confidentiality and data privacy standards.
- Support employee recognition initiatives and culture-building activities.
- Help create and update training materials and development resources.
- Assist with document management, compliance tracking, and policy updates.
- Participate in HR audits and complete special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
