Talent Sourcing Intern

About the role#

ECI is looking for a Talent Sourcing Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment operations and candidate engagement within the life sciences and healthcare sectors. You will work alongside recruiters and hiring managers to support sourcing initiatives and learn modern recruitment practices.

What you'll do#

• Find qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
• Use Boolean search techniques to identify potential talent.
• Help build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate phone screens and interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Keep candidate records current within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Draft outreach messages to prospective candidates.
• Research talent markets, competitor hiring trends, and industry talent availability.
• Assist with employer branding, including social media recruiting and university events.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program for Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking sites.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new technologies and recruiting platforms.

Location & details#

• This position is fully remote.
• The role is paid.
• This is a part-time internship with a commitment of 12 to 15 hours per week.
• You must be available to work between 8:30am and 5:30pm EST.
• We do not provide employment-based visa sponsorship.
