As a Talent Analyst Intern, you will assist organizations in making informed hiring decisions by applying Gallup’s science-based selection methodology. You will translate candidate responses into objective insights that guide hiring outcomes, directly impacting teams and workplaces.
What you'll do#
- Conduct structured, over-the-phone interviews with candidates across various roles and industries.
- Analyze and code interview responses using Gallup’s validated selection frameworks.
- Deliver clear, accurate interview results to support client hiring decisions.
- Assist with interview scheduling and coordination.
- Collaborate with fellow talent analysts and scheduling partners to ensure a professional candidate experience.
- Continuously build expertise in talent science through training and feedback.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program within a 75-mile radius of Omaha, Nebraska.
- Anticipated graduation by spring 2028.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, management, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Availability to work at least 15 hours per week, including consistent shifts on Fridays, weekends, and after 4 p.m.
- Ability to work independently in a confidential environment.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. (this position does not offer visa sponsorship).
- Proficiency in a second language (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, or Polish) and interest in AI-driven process improvement are considered assets.

- Location: Omaha, Nebraska.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Term: Rolling.
- Compensation: $20–$30 per hour, based on education, experience, and skills.
