Working closely with the HR R&D Team Lead & Coordinator, you'll help turn ideas into practical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, SQL, APIs & emerging technologies. You'll contribute to solution design discussions, build new solutions, enhance existing ones, investigate issues, test improvements & help ensure solutions remain scalable, maintainable & user-friendly. Most days start with checking automations, troubleshooting issues or picking up a new enhancement request. You might spend part of the day building a Power App, improving a flow, writing SQL queries or figuring out why a connector suddenly stopped cooperating. Some days you'll be improving existing tools, other days you'll be building something completely new. You'll experiment with AI, automation & emerging technologies while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise systems used across the company.
