About the role#
General Dynamics Mission Systems is hiring Software Engineer Interns in McLeansville, North Carolina. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship. You will work on projects that support national defense missions and gain experience while working alongside a group of technically accomplished colleagues.
What you'll do#
- Apply your classroom skills to programs that support national defense.
- Work with collaborative teams on various technical projects.
- Develop solutions for national security missions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to expand your technical skill set.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently enrolled in an accredited degree program in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Sophomore standing or higher is preferred.
- A thorough understanding of engineering technology is required.
- You must be a U.S. citizen. This role requires the ability to obtain a Department of Defense secret security clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
