About the role#
As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will apply your classroom knowledge to programs that support national defense. You will work with collaborative teams on technical projects and gain experience alongside experienced colleagues in the defense and space manufacturing industry.
What you'll do#
- Apply engineering skills to projects supporting national defense services.
- Collaborate with team members on various technical assignments.
- Develop practical solutions for national security missions.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited degree program in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Systems, or Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Preference for students with sophomore standing or higher.
- A thorough understanding of engineering technology, concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this role.

- This internship is located on-site in West Valley City, Utah.
- The term for this position is Summer 2027.
- This is a full-time, paid internship with an hourly pay range of $26.26 to $29.00.
