About the role#
The Technology Intern (Transformation) supports initiatives that help the organization adopt new technologies, improve processes, and strengthen governance practices. You will work alongside technology and business professionals to gain hands-on experience in artificial intelligence, process improvement, and business operations. This role involves research, documentation, meeting coordination, and process mapping to help the organization navigate technology-driven change.
What you'll do#
- Administer AI governance activities by tracking intake, coordinating meetings, and managing follow-up items.
- Maintain governance records, templates, trackers, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare governance materials, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
- Conduct research on AI governance practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Document current-state business processes, workflows, roles, and responsibilities.
- Create and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, and transformation documentation.
- Gather information from stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and discussions.
- Document business requirements, feedback, and project decisions.
- Support project coordination by maintaining project plans, meeting notes, and status updates.
- Collaborate with team members across various technology and business functions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a university or college program in Business Administration, Business Technology Management, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Technology Management, Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A strong interest in technology, artificial intelligence, process improvement, or business transformation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to gather, organize, and document information clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn new concepts and processes.

- Compensation: $25.64 to $33.33 per hour.
