About the role#
This internship program offers a 10-12 week training experience focused on Agile Product Design. You will work directly with experienced practitioners to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry. The program includes professional development activities, coaching, and opportunities to connect with senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Complete innovative assignments that apply your technology and business education to real-world projects.
- Learn the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.
- Participate in professional and personal development sessions.
- Receive ongoing feedback and performance coaching from a dedicated manager and mentor.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore, junior, senior, or first-year Master's student.
- A degree path in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- A minimum 3.00 GPA in both your overall coursework and your major.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- An analytical approach to problem solving and the ability to work well in team environments.
