About the role#
This internship program offers hands-on experience with technology projects in the insurance industry. You will work with a dedicated manager and mentor to build your skills while learning how technology impacts insurer profitability. The program includes professional development, coaching, and meetings with senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Design and build IT automation capabilities.
- Assist in deploying orchestrated IT delivery models to improve machine provisioning.
- Propose new ideas to deliver business value.
- Gain insight into the insurance industry through mentorship and leadership engagement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore, junior, senior, or first-year Master's student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
- A minimum GPA of 3.00.
- At least 6 months of work experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Over 1 year of coding proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
