About the role#
This internship program offers students a chance to work within the finance and accounting functions at CNA Insurance. You will work on business projects, support management activities, and gain exposure to the insurance industry. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Chicago.
What you'll do#
- Assist with internship-related projects and departmental tasks.
- Support management in activities that contribute to business operations.
- Draft and develop various business documents and reports.
- Communicate with internal and external contacts.
- Attend meetings and participate in developmental workshops.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least three years of college.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Academic focus in accounting, finance, computer science, mathematics, actuarial science, or insurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
