About the role#
As an Enterprise CapEx Intern, you will support the planning, execution, and tracking of capital projects across our North American manufacturing facilities. This role involves working closely with engineering, operations, procurement, and finance teams to monitor project milestones and manage vendor documentation within our contract systems. You will gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment while contributing to data-driven decision making.
What you'll do#
- Manage new vendor additions and NDAs within the contract management system.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to collect project requirements and evaluate potential solutions.
- Analyze project data using Excel and Power BI to track capital spending, schedules, and performance against budgets.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide visibility into project status, risks, and key performance indicators.
- Prepare business cases, investment justifications, and vendor evaluations.
- Attend supplier meetings, project reviews, and site visits to observe manufacturing processes and capital equipment installations.
- Identify opportunities to standardize reporting and improve project execution efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Ability to work in the greater Milwaukee area during the summer of 2027.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- Work Modality: Hybrid. You must have a quiet workspace for remote tasks and the ability to work from the office as needed.
- Schedule: Full-time, up to 40 hours per week.
