About the role#
This is a paid internship starting in Fall 2026 and continuing through Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in learning and development while working in a hybrid capacity. During the school year, you will work a minimum of 10 hours per week, increasing to approximately 40 hours per week during the summer months. Please note that sponsorship is not provided for this position.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs, including the annual Global Learning event.
- Maintain the Global SharePoint site.
- Evaluate training programs to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Create, review, and deliver training materials such as presentations, learning catalogues, and e-learning modules.
- Provide administrative support by maintaining training records and preparing reports.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and events.
- Research industry trends and best practices to develop innovative learning solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area during the summer.
- A quiet workspace for remote work and the ability to maintain regular contact with the team via virtual methods.
