About the role#
We are looking for an OE Sales Intern to join us for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our office in Plymouth, Michigan. You will work with various teams to support market analysis and sales operations.
What you'll do#
- Analyze market trends and industry shifts to provide actionable insights.
- Build best-practice guidelines and repeatable playbooks for managing the opportunity lifecycle.
- Support the improvement of processes related to 10-year market mapping and volume forecasting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Excellence, Finance, IT, and Engineering teams.
- Enhance Salesforce and Power BI reporting to support executive-level presentations.
- Translate business requirements into clear dashboards, analyses, and recommendations.
- Develop work instructions and review processes to improve forecast accuracy.
- Validate data across departments and establish systems to identify and correct inaccuracies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time undergraduate student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Majors in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Operations Management are preferred.
