About the role#
Clarios is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineering Intern for the summer of 2027. You will work within a pod to solve supply chain and operations challenges. This role involves building tools that help business users make better decisions based on real data. You will work with experienced engineers to understand our business functions and apply technical solutions to improve efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Analyze supply chain and operations data to find patterns and inefficiencies.
- Build components for dashboards and decision-support tools.
- Support the creation of predictive models and prescriptive analytics.
- Participate in the team sprint cadence including planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Own one scoped project from start to finish and present your findings to stakeholders.
- Document your methodology and business logic to ensure your work remains useful.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Computer Science.
- Foundational experience with SQL, Python, or Excel.
- Ability to work in the greater Milwaukee area during the summer.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
