About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will join our finance team to gain experience in both plant finance operations and financial planning and analysis. This role is hybrid, requiring you to maintain regular contact with your team through virtual methods while having the option to work from our office. You must be able to work in the greater Milwaukee area during the summer.
What you'll do#
- Complete projects to improve plant finance operations and reporting across our U.S. manufacturing sites.
- Support the monthly consolidation and analysis of financial results.
- Assist with financial reporting tasks.
- Prepare materials for monthly operations reviews and regional operations reviews with leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
