About the role#
We are hiring a Finance Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site at our manufacturing facility in Tampa, Florida. You will work up to 40 hours per week while gaining hands-on experience in corporate finance operations.
What you'll do#
- Write and document standard work procedures for key finance processes.
- Create clear, step-by-step guides to support knowledge transfer and operational consistency.
- Improve existing files, templates, and documentation to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner with the Financial Analyst to observe daily tasks and translate them into standardized documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other facilities to identify and implement best practices.
- Review and refine existing tools to ensure procedures are streamlined and easy to follow.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting.
- An interest in joining the Finance Rotational Program after graduation.
