About the role#
The Tariff Recovery Intern works with our sales and account management teams to support the tariff recovery process. You will gain exposure to trade regulations and learn how tariff costs affect business operations. This position involves working across departments, including finance, pricing, and supply chain, to help implement recovery strategies.
What you'll do#
- Collect and organize data to support tariff recovery initiatives.
- Help Sales Representatives and Account Managers prepare proposals and customer notifications.
- Track tariff-related requests and claims using internal systems.
- Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and customer approvals.
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor recovery progress and performance.
- Review customer contracts and pricing agreements for tariff-related provisions.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment at an accredited university.
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
