About the role#
We are looking for a full time, year round intern to join the Maintenance team at ZF in Marysville. You will work alongside Maintenance Superintendents to support data collection, communication of Key Performance Indicators, and various plant projects. This role provides hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Manage the KPI Dashboard and data collection for Facility and Production Maintenance.
- Oversee the PM and Ticket systems for Facilities, IT, and Production Maintenance.
- Schedule, print, and close all maintenance orders.
- Update, edit, and create PMs as requested by supervisors.
- Input data for new equipment.
- Edit and post weekly communication documents on department boards.
- Prepare for and participate in TS16949 audits.
What you'll need#
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a college program.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and accept direction from multiple sources.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for working in a team environment.
- Self-motivated work ethic.
- Flexibility to work off-shift hours as needed.
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
