About the role#
Chevron is seeking interns for the Summer 2027 term to join our Information and Analytics job family. This program offers the opportunity to work in a digital environment, supported by mentorship and professional development events. Interns will contribute to projects that transform data into insights, manage data lifecycles, and support strategic business objectives.
What you'll do#
- Identify and frame opportunities to apply advanced analytics to data to improve decision-making.
- Access, gather, and analyze data from source systems.
- Develop, manage, and deploy reusable data products.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of models and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to provide data management direction and support for initiatives.
- Participate in the end-to-end product development lifecycle as part of an agile team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Data Science, or Management Information Systems.
- Demonstrated experience in data acquisition, analysis, modeling, movement, transformation, and preparation.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written forms.
- Submission of a current, unofficial transcript to confirm academic standing.
