2025-2026 Facilities Engineering Civil Engineering Intern

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering. Interns are assigned to a mentor and work on projects designed to support operating facilities. You will apply technical engineering knowledge and project management skills to real-world challenges, with the potential for top-performing interns to be considered for return internships or full-time roles upon graduation.

What you'll do#

• Support operating facilities through the application of technical engineering knowledge and project management.
• Optimize facilities to deliver maximum value safely and reliably.
• Provide technical engineering support for turnarounds and various projects.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Civil Engineering.
• Strong academic performance in core coursework.
• Ability to demonstrate the values outlined in The Chevron Way.
