About the role#
As a Facilities Engineering Electrical Engineering Intern, you will be paired with an engineering mentor to work on one or more projects that support our operating facilities. This role involves applying technical engineering knowledge and project management skills to real-world energy operations. Interns gain hands-on experience and may be considered for future full-time opportunities upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Support operating facilities through the application of technical engineering knowledge.
- Optimize facilities to deliver maximum value safely and reliably.
- Provide technical engineering support for turnarounds and projects.
- Develop and deploy industry-leading technologies to reduce carbon emissions and increase efficiency.
- Use digitalization and data analytics to improve process operations and safety.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong academic performance in core coursework.
- Demonstrated skills in communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work on-site for the duration of the Summer 2027 term.
