About the role#
This is a full-time, entry-level Petroleum Engineer position designed for individuals who have previously completed an internship with the company. You will join multi-disciplinary teams working on asset development planning, production operations, reserves management, and capital projects. The role includes participation in a competency-based employee development program, which provides comprehensive technical training, mentoring, and on-the-job experience through multiple technical assignments during the first five years of your career.
What you'll do#
- Develop technical skills in production and reservoir engineering assignments.
- Solve technically challenging problems using cutting-edge digital technologies and techniques.
- Contribute value to company operations through production and reservoir engineering projects.
- Work in environments that may be field or office based.
- Collaborate with geologists, geophysicists, facility engineers, and data scientists.
What you'll need#
- Completion of the final year of a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in an integrated oil or international service company intern program.
- Strong academic performance and demonstrated skills in communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- For the Subsurface Center of Excellence (COE), candidates must be completing the final year of a Master’s or Doctorate program.
- Ability to drive on a routine basis if required by the position.

- Compensation: $118,000 to $138,000 annually, determined by degree level and discipline.
