About the role#
This full-time Petroleum Engineer position is designed for individuals who have completed a previous internship with the company. Engineers join multi-disciplinary teams to work on asset development planning, production operations, reserves management, and capital projects. You will participate in a competency-based development program that includes technical assignments, comprehensive training, and mentorship to help build your career in upstream operations or the Subsurface Center of Excellence.

- Develop technical skills through production and reservoir engineering assignments.

- Collaborate within diverse teams including geologists, geophysicists, facility engineers, and data scientists.
What you'll need#
- Completion of the final year of a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong academic performance and demonstrated skills in communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Previous experience in an integrated oil or international service company intern program.
- For the Subsurface Center of Excellence, candidates must be completing the final year of a Master’s or Doctorate program.
- Ability to drive on a routine basis if required by the specific assignment.

- Locations: Houston, Texas; Covington, Louisiana; and Midland, Texas.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Salary Range: $118,000 – $138,000 annually, determined by degree level and discipline.
