About the role#
Printpack is looking for a Product Development Co-Op for the Fall 2026 term. This full-time position is based in Williamsburg, Virginia. You will report to a Research Engineer and work alongside teams in manufacturing, engineering, and sales. This role offers hands-on experience with consumer product projects.
What you'll do#
- Produce and test prototype samples.
- Provide coverage for R&D trials.
- Manage assigned projects.
- Develop test methods for plastic and packaging materials.
What you'll need#
- Sophomore or Junior standing.
- Pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, or Packaging Systems.
- Preferred coursework includes chemistry, polymer science, plastics processing, computer-aided design, packaging, materials science, and food science.
