2026-2027 Supply Chain Management Development Program (SCMDP) Intern

About the role#

The Supply Chain Management Development Program (SCMDP) internship offers hands-on experience within Chevron’s supply chain functions. Interns gain exposure to end-to-end global supply chain operations across various asset classes, corporate functions, and business units. Participants will engage with leadership, senior managers, and program alumni while contributing to initiatives that support broader business objectives.

What you'll do#

• Contribute to initiatives supporting business and supply chain objectives.
• Conduct market research and perform data and process analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Participate in the development and deployment of digital solutions to improve efficiency and build capability.
• Collaborate across procurement and supply chain organizations to support global operations.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a first-year MBA or Master’s student.
• Prior internship or relevant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen, with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, including the ability to connect analyses to broader business objectives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Geographically mobile.
• Permanent US work authorization.
