About the role#
We are looking for a Business Operations Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a paid, full-time position based in Fairlawn, Ohio. You will gain hands-on experience supporting our leadership team and managing daily office operations in a hybrid environment.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support including copying, scanning, mail delivery, and FedEx coordination.
- Manage calendars, prepare for meetings, and process expense reports.
- Cover reception duties and assist with guest and visitor support.
- Create and update business documents like memos and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
- Support regional administrative projects and office priorities.
- Answer questions from internal and external clients and direct them to the right resources.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing an Associate or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet software.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot.
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a team setting.
- High attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
Location & details#
- Location: Fairlawn, Ohio.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with a requirement to work onsite at least three days per week during the traditional business week.
- Schedule: Minimum of 20 hours per week during core business hours, with work blocks of at least two hours. Periodic extra hours, including evenings or Saturdays, may be required.
