About the role#
As an Audit Intern, you will work on assignments across diverse industries such as real estate, construction, manufacturing, and nonprofits. This role gives you the chance to see client projects through from start to finish while applying your knowledge of accounting principles and quality control standards.
What you'll do#
- Assist in planning multiple audit assignments.
- Identify and communicate audit issues or technical matters to senior associates, managers, and partners.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client staff.
- Provide responsive service while focusing on client goals.
- Comply with professional standards and maintain client confidentiality.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a Bachelor's degree, ideally in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet software.
- Ability to multi-task, think independently, and solve problems.
- Excellent research, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous accounting work experience or participation in student organizations is helpful but not required.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based in San Jose, California.
- The role is on-site and follows a rolling term.
