About the role#
This internship is part of the Dell Technologies Services team. You will contribute to projects that help customers with their digital transformation. This role involves working across areas like portfolio management, service delivery, and marketing. We are looking for individuals who take accountability and adapt to business needs.
What you'll do#
- Manage projects while tracking scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams and monitor project milestones.
- Analyze company research, including market trends, sales modeling, financial data, and competitor activity.
- Develop recommendations based on your analysis to support business performance and corporate goals.
- Drive process improvements and use project management tools.
- Conduct project reviews and meetings with Services Executives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS or BA degree program in Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Sciences, Analytics, or a related field.
- You must remain enrolled in school following the completion of the internship.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience or knowledge in business intelligence, analytics, and reporting.
- Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot issues.
- Comfort working with teams located across multiple global regions.

- This is a paid, full-time internship.
- Positions are located on-site in Round Rock, Texas, or Hopkinton, Massachusetts.
- The internship follows a rolling schedule.
