About the role#
We are looking for a Web Developer Co-Op to join our development team. This is a part-time, year-round position that offers a hybrid work schedule. You will work alongside experienced developers to build and maintain software solutions.
What you'll do#
- Write and modify code using Java, Angular, or similar languages.
- Work with Business Analysts to understand and clarify project requirements.
- Participate in team code reviews to maintain quality standards.
- Create instructions for moving code into production environments.
- Contribute as an active member of the development team using Scrum methodology.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science, MIS, or related degree program.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Availability to work part-time throughout the year for at least 12 months.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Location: Troy, Ohio.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (requires a reasonable commute for onsite work).
