About the role#
We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op for the Summer 2027 term. You will work under the general supervision of a Manufacturing Engineer at one of our plants to support daily operations and process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site position. Please note that we do not provide sponsorship for work authorization.
What you'll do#
- Perform time studies to analyze production efficiency.
- Develop and conduct process reviews.
- Investigate production problems and help identify solutions.
- Create, implement, and update technical documentation.
- Review or modify CAD drawings.
- Work directly with production employees to gather data.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Reliable means of communication.
Location & details#
- The position is located on-site in Ohio, with potential plant locations in New Bremen, New Knoxville, Minster, Celina, or Troy.
- This is a paid co-op position.
