About the role#
This 12-month co-op position offers hands-on experience in UI/UX design. You will work with Business Analysts and Product Owners to build features, layouts, and the visual look of new web applications for our Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing teams.
What you'll do#
- Design web application interfaces from initial concept through final hand-off to developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the visual design process.
- Create mock-ups in Figma to gain business approval.
- Produce occasional images as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year college program for Graphic or Visual Web Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to work 15 to 20 hours per week for at least one year while taking classes.
- Strong attention to detail and a self-motivated approach to your work.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Troy, Ohio.
- The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring a commute for occasional onsite work.
