About the role#
This internship is a 10 to 12 week program during the summer of 2027. You will work on-site at the Ohio Valley Distribution Center in Columbus, Ohio. This is a full-time, paid position at $23.00 per hour. You will gain hands-on experience by working directly on the warehouse floor to support daily operations and improve processes.
What you'll do#
- Partner with site leaders to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements.
- Assist in the management of daily warehouse operations to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Analyze existing key performance indicators (KPI) and design workflows to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Participate in Kaizen events and other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with functional teams across areas like receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and storage.
- Document and present solutions to leadership to increase efficiency and consistency.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, Lean Six Sigma, or other improvement techniques.
- Comfort working in a warehouse environment.
- Unlimited work authorization in the United States. This role does not offer employer sponsorship.

- Term: Summer 2027 (approximately 40 hours per week).
