About the role#
This internship supports the development and implementation of projects tied to our strategic initiatives. You will work directly with your manager to provide recommendations for improving our department and business unit. This position is fully on-site in Columbus, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Gather and analyze data, run pre-defined queries, and format reports.
- Build presentation materials to support projects, report findings, and showcase new initiatives.
- Apply system-level thinking and operational excellence techniques to solve problems.
- Handle clerical office coordination and administrative tasks.
- Attend weekly group development sessions and participate in all intern events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in high school or an accredited undergraduate, graduate, or doctorate program.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in teams and maintain professional composure while managing multiple tasks.
- Sound judgment and the ability to apply logical, critical thought to develop solutions.
- A positive presence when interacting with staff, vendors, consultants, and physicians.
- Previous work experience in the medical field is preferred.
