About the role#
We are hiring a Student Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team at the Concord Distribution Centre. This is a paid, part-time contract position for 24 hours per week. You will work Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday nights from 10:45pm to 7:00am. This role supports our healthcare supply chain by managing inventory and preparing medical products for distribution.
What you'll do#
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments and stock orders to designated areas.
- Verify the accuracy and quality of products during picking and receiving.
- Operate various types of warehouse mobile equipment, with training provided.
- Sort packaged materials and process items for recycling.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to keep operations running efficiently.
- Follow all health and safety policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
What you'll need#
- Ability to lift 10lbs to 30lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- High School diploma is preferred.
- Prior experience with machine operations and RF scanners is preferred.
- Currently pursuing studies in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Logistics.
