About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship based in Chicago. You will join a formal program designed to provide hands-on experience while supporting business objectives. You will work alongside cross-functional teams in both business and technical areas to address organizational needs. Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to company processes, programs, and technologies while taking ownership of specific project components.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to project work and analyze information to develop solutions.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and create recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support departmental initiatives.
- Own specific deliverables with guidance from a manager and mentor.
- Deliver a final presentation to department leadership covering your project results.
- Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, and other compliance policies while maintaining business confidentiality.
- Participate in orientation, professional development workshops, networking events, and volunteer activities.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree as a rising senior in Business Administration, Communications, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Availability for the full 10-week program duration.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to acquire new skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Preferred: Experience managing customer relationships or contracts, knowledge of Government Programs or regulatory requirements, and prior internship experience.
