About the role#
This internship is a 10 to 12 week program designed for undergraduate students. You will work on business projects that contribute to real outcomes while gaining exposure to the healthcare industry. You will be based on the warehouse floor to observe, support, and improve operational processes. The role is full-time, requiring approximately 40 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Partner with site leaders to identify, analyze, and implement new or improved processes.
- Assist and collaborate with functional teams in areas including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery.
- Manage daily warehouse operations to optimize workflow and increase productivity.
- Analyze existing key performance indicators (KPI) and design workflows to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Document and present solutions to leadership to improve process efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Comfort working in a warehouse environment.
- Unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
