About the role#
As a Leasing Intern, you will support the daily operations of our residential community. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service to residents and prospective clients while working toward our occupancy goals. You will gain hands-on experience in property management, leasing, and administrative tasks throughout the summer 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Act as a customer service ambassador to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Manage front desk duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors.
- Complete lease applications and maintain accurate lease file documentation.
- Present apartment homes and the community to prospective residents.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the tour path to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist with planning community events and other projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
- Maintain a professional attitude when working with team members, residents, and vendors.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a degree program at an accredited college or university, with at least 6 credit hours and a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- Completion of at least one year of college.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be a current or future leaseholder of the community and reside on the assigned community floor.
