About the role#
As a Leasing Community Intern, you will support the daily operations of our residential community. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining leasing documentation, and contributing to community occupancy goals. You will work on-site in a collaborative environment, assisting with administrative tasks and community projects under the guidance of the Community Manager.
What you'll do#
- Act as a customer service ambassador to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Manage lease applications and maintain accurate lease file documentation in compliance with company policy.
- Participate in lease file audits as assigned.
- Greet prospective residents, answer leasing inquiries, and assist with property tours.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with team members, residents, and vendors.
- Assist with community events and various projects as directed by management.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university degree program, taking at least 6 credit hours.
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average, which is subject to annual verification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration or Real Estate.
