Leasing Community Intern

About the role#

The Leasing Community Intern serves as both a digital storyteller and a community representative. This role balances customer service and administrative tasks with the creative management of the community's social media presence to support occupancy goals.

What you'll do#

• Create and edit high-energy Reels, TikToks, and Stories to showcase the community, apartment tours, and local neighborhood highlights.
• Manage the social media inbox, responding to direct messages and comments to drive tour bookings.
• Greet prospective clients, answer leasing inquiries, and conduct professional tours of the community and apartment homes.
• Apply feature and benefit selling techniques to close sales and maintain consistent follow-up with leads.
• Perform front desk operations, process lease applications, and maintain accurate file documentation.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in an accredited college or university with at least one year of studies completed and a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• A minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
• Must be a current or future leaseholder of the community and live on a designated assigned floor.
• Proficiency with social media trends and platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Canva, with a natural comfort on camera.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and navigate all indoor and outdoor areas of the property in various weather conditions.
• Pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.
