About the role#
As a Leasing Community Intern, you act as a customer service ambassador for our residents. You will assist the team in maintaining high occupancy levels through leasing current and future apartment availability. This position requires a commitment to teamwork and a professional attitude toward residents, prospective clients, and vendors.
What you'll do#
- Greet prospective clients and answer leasing calls.
- Present the community and apartment homes to interested individuals.
- Complete lease applications and manage lease file paperwork.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in file audits.
- Help plan and execute community events.
- Assist with various projects assigned by the Community Manager.
- Perform administrative front desk tasks.
- Support retention efforts and maintain the cleanliness of the tour path.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university degree program, with at least one year completed.
- A minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
- Status as a current or future leaseholder of the community.
- A valid driver license.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

- This is a paid, part-time internship with a rolling term.
