About the role#
As a Leasing Community Intern, you will support the daily operations of our residential community. You will help maintain high occupancy levels by assisting with resident retention and leasing activities. This role requires a professional approach to customer service and the ability to work effectively within a team.
What you'll do#
- Answer incoming leasing calls to identify prospective resident needs and preferences.
- Complete lease applications and manage lease file paperwork.
- Ensure all lease documentation remains accurate and follows company policy.
- Help plan and execute community events for residents.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the tour path to ensure a positive first impression for visitors.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university with at least 6 credit hours and a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Communications.

- This position is based on-site in Cincinnati, Ohio.
- This is a paid, part-time internship with a rolling term.
