About the role#
As a Leasing Community Intern, you will support the property team in maintaining high occupancy levels through resident retention and leasing efforts. This role involves serving as a primary point of contact for prospective and current residents while assisting with daily administrative and community operations.
What you'll do#
- Act as an ambassador for customer service by ensuring resident satisfaction.
- Manage administrative front desk tasks and maintain accurate lease file documentation.
- Complete lease applications and related paperwork.
- Assist with planning and executing community events.
- Participate in leasing training, including answering calls, greeting clients, and conducting apartment tours.
- Support various community projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
- Perform on-call duties such as lock-outs and nightly rounds.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a degree program at an accredited college or university with at least one year completed.
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be a current or future leaseholder of the community and reside on the assigned floor.
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

- This position is located in Arlington, Texas.
- This is an on-site, paid internship role.
- Work involves both indoor and outdoor environments, with frequent exposure to various weather conditions.
