About the role#
Cardinal Group Companies is hiring a Leasing Community Intern for Verve Fayetteville. This part-time, on-site role is part of the inaugural team responsible for the launch of a new off-campus housing development near the University of Arkansas. You will support the lease-up process and help establish the community culture from the beginning.
What you'll do#
- Lead campus marketing efforts to promote the new property.
- Conduct tours of the leasing gallery and model units for prospective residents.
- Plan initial resident events and VIP experiences.
- Guide future residents through the application and screening process.
- Provide detailed information regarding property amenities and building features.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate.
- Strong customer service skills and an outgoing personality.
- Ability to adapt to new situations and a hardworking attitude.
- Creativity in marketing and outreach.
