About the role#
As a Leasing Community Intern, you will support our apartment community operations in College Station. You will serve as a point of contact for residents and prospective tenants, helping to maintain high occupancy levels. This is a part-time, on-site role that requires availability during evenings and weekends.
What you'll do#
- Deliver high-quality customer service to residents and visitors.
- Manage front desk tasks and administrative duties.
- Complete lease applications and maintain accurate lease file documentation.
- Participate in the Cardinal Way of Leasing training program.
- Assist with planning community events.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the tour path to ensure a positive first impression.
- Handle on-call responsibilities, such as lock-outs and nightly rounds.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university degree program, with at least one year completed.
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications, or Psychology.

- This position is located in College Station, Texas.
- This is an on-site, paid internship.
- Interns are required to live on the designated community floor per company guidelines.
- Employment is subject to an annual review and re-application process.
