About the role#
As a Leasing Community Intern, you will serve as a key point of contact for residents and prospective clients. You will support the team in maintaining high occupancy levels through effective leasing, resident retention, and administrative support. This role requires a commitment to customer service and collaboration within the community.
What you'll do#
- Greet prospective clients warmly and handle incoming leasing inquiries.
- Manage lease applications and maintain accurate lease file documentation.
- Keep the community tour path clean and presentable at all times.
- Assist with the planning and execution of community events.
- Handle on-call duties, including lock-outs and nightly rounds.
- Participate in required company training programs.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university with at least 6 credit hours.
- Completion of at least one year of higher education.
- A minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
- Current or future status as a leaseholder at the community.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, approximately 20 hours per week.
