About the role#
As a Leasing Community Intern, you will support the daily operations of our residential community. This role focuses on resident satisfaction, leasing availability, and maintaining community standards. You will work on-site in College Station, Texas, as part of a team dedicated to property management.
What you'll do#
- Deliver customer service to residents and prospective clients.
- Complete lease applications and manage lease file paperwork.
- Maintain accurate documentation for files.
- Assist with planning and hosting community events.
- Handle administrative front desk duties.
- Conduct property tours and assist with leasing tasks.
- Participate in required training programs.
- Perform on-call duties such as lock-outs and property rounds.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university degree program, with at least one year completed.
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
- Status as a current or future leaseholder of the community.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Valid driver's license.
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Majors in Business Administration or Real Estate are preferred.

- This is a paid internship with bonus eligibility.
- This position requires working both inside and outside of apartment buildings in various weather conditions.
