About the role#
The Wealth Management Intern works with Wealth Advisors and Investment Analysts to guide clients on how to manage and deploy financial assets. You will assist with complex financial planning for individuals, business owners, and families. This role involves collaborating with team members, participating in leadership development workshops, and engaging in community outreach.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of financial plans.
- Research and analyze asset classes, investment strategies, and individual securities.
- Identify client investment goals, risk profiles, and objectives.
- Review investment portfolios.
- Participate in continuous learning and leadership development workshops.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify process efficiencies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- A desire to pursue a career in wealth management.
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Compensation: Paid internship.
- Note: This position requires the ability to work outside of normal business hours, weekends, and travel to local or non-local clients as needed. You must be able to lift or carry up to 20 pounds.
