About the role#
This internship provides college students with an opportunity to work within client accounting services. You will support financial management teams by handling accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, and assisting with data entry. This role is a full-time, paid position for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Review and code client bank and credit card transactions.
- Investigate and resolve transactions that lack enough information for accounting entries.
- Process accounts payable and receivable to ensure correct categorization.
- Enter financial data into accounting systems.
- Complete month-end account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Use automation and cloud-based accounting systems to process information.
- Assist with financial analysis for month-end close processes.
- Interact with team members and clients as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration program.
- Ability to assist with accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Understanding of month-end close processes and basic financial statement analysis.
- Experience with financial data entry.
- Interest in developing skills in Excel, QBO, and Sage Intacct.

- This is a hybrid role requiring time in the office a few days each week.
- Locations: Lancaster, PA and Reading, PA.
- Term: Summer 2027.
